Problem: you start browser and each time get the invitation to “allow access” for skype “to use skype”.
This sounds like contradiction, is annoying, and may be harmful (for me annoying itself is harmful )

  On Firefox, what you need to do is go to plugins control, find “Skype extension for firefox” and disable it. After restart you will be bothered no more.

For other browsers procedure might be similar, but it is just a guess.
