1

Disconnect the project from repository (team/disconnect…)

In the eclipse project tree, i.e. project explorer:

  • right mouse click on the project;
  • select team->disconnect
  • (Also delete the svn meta information);

2

Reconnect the project to repository (team/share project…)

In the eclipse project tree, i.e. project explorer:

  • right mouse click on the project;
  • select team->share project

2.1

Select path in SVN to connect to

Type in the new location, which is exact location of where this project is stored remotely (Tag, Branch etc… included );
(It can be whatever you like, not only the original)

2.2

Dialog: “Warning: the specified folder already exists”.

Type ok. (You typed the location properly and there is indeed your repository version where you path points to);

2.3

Done. Project is connected.

If it is in some way out of sync with remote version, it is marked by svn and you can synchronize it now.
